HONEST THOUGHTS:
First time visiting Seattle and I def loved the vibe of the places I visited! I took an early morning flight so I had plenty of time before the concert to visit Pike Place Market, the Gum Wall, Pier 57 Miner's Landing and the Space Needle. I also got to ride the train and take the bus, which I prefer when traveling because it lets me get a better feel for the city. I also tried Vita's latte at KEXP, and it was one of the best lattes I’ve ever had!!

I kept up my tradition of writing myself a postcard whenever I travel so I stopped by the post office on 3rd Ave to write and send one to my LA home.

While having lunch at a resto near Climate Pledge Arena, I randomly met another DIVE who had flown in from LA. We found out we were on the same flight back home and even seatmates! What are the odds?! A new LA friend found in Seattle!!! Haha.

One thing that really stood out to me about Seattle was how the traffic lights are installed on wires instead of poles. It feels very romcom-y 💙

I watched another stop in Seattle, hoping to get a better sendoff than my LA experience, but I guess this is just not my year lol! I didn’t have much luck getting any interaction from my bias during the actual concert this time around either. I was behind some tall guys who were waving both hands, so besides my limited view, I don’t think my poster was very visible from the stage. (I also didn’t want to raise my poster too high out of respect for the people behind me. Haha.) Plus, a lot of my bias’ big fanbase happened to be on the other side, so I guess that’s where she naturally gravitated toward more lol! I think Rei was the one who spent the most time interacting with our section, which I really appreciated and enjoyed, especially since she’s my other fave! 🫶

Hopefully, if it’s still offered on the next tour, I can actually snatch a send-off before the scalpers buy them all lol. I had to buy resale for both LA and Seattle!?! 😅

Even though the concert experience didn’t go as planned, my first Seattle trip was def memorable!! I got to explore a new city, try new places, continue my little travel traditions and even make a new friend! So overall, I had a really great time in Seattle!!! 🥰

(PS. As a big fan of the show Earth Arcade, it’s too bad Yujin wasn’t available for the yt live review of ep. 2 with the cast, though it’s completely understandable given her schedule and commitments with IVE. Personally, I prefer seeing her with the cast because I really enjoy their one-of-a-kind dynamics. Plus, as you know if you’ve been following this channel for a bit, Earth Arcade is how I discovered her and the whole cast, which eventually led me to IVE. TMI: I’m a K-show fan first before K-pop in general. ipadkid hehe. But tbh, I can’t complain because while I didn’t get to see her doing a yt live with the cast, I got to see her perform live in Seattle instead. Haha!! Either way (🎶), it’s always nice seeing her perform live, and she always does so well! Hopefully, they’ll do another Space Rice Cake episode review on yt live with everyone together!!)
